Thomas Take N Play Scruff

Scruff works with his friend at the Sodor Waste Dump, where they get a little dirty. Take-n-Play Scruff is a very Useful engine he hauls the heavy loads of rubbish on the Island of Sodor but he dislikes being cleaned. Take-n-Play Scruff is based on is based on a vertical boilered steam locomotive built by Sentinel.
